Do you only work with ServiceTitan?
No. Twin Titan is a ServiceTitan Certified Provider, but the work is software agnostic. We also work with Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, ClickUp, spreadsheets, or a mix.
What happens in free Discovery?
Focused conversations and a review of what you share help us understand how the operation runs today. You get a written Discovery Understanding to confirm or correct, and only then do we discuss whether further work makes sense.
Do we need to replace our CRM?
Usually not. We start with the systems you already own. Replacement only comes up if Discovery shows the platform truly cannot support how you need to operate.
What does it cost?
Discovery is free. Engagements start at $3,000/mo for Titan Blueprint, $3,500/mo for Titan Stewardship, and $4,000/mo for Titan Build, with final scope and term set by Discovery. See pricing.
