About the Founder
Howard Bromberg
Founder, Twin Titan Operational Excellence. Twin Titan was built from the operator's side of the table. Howard's background spans plumbing operations, service leadership, systems, automation, process design, reporting, and ServiceTitan.
The goal is not to make a company dependent on a consultant. The goal is to build systems the company can understand, operate, and improve long after the engagement.

Howard's work has stayed close to customers, technicians, dispatch, field execution, financial visibility, leadership decisions, software, and the daily pressure to keep work moving while building something better.
His career began in plumbing and expanded into service operations and leadership, then deeper into the systems and technology that support the operation. Over time, the pattern became clear: many business problems are not isolated problems.
A missed photo can look like a technician problem. An inaccurate report can look like a software problem. A dispatch breakdown can look like a scheduling problem. The cause may involve training, workflow design, data quality, accountability, configuration, leadership expectations, or several at once.
Twin Titan begins by understanding the current operating environment, separating symptoms from causes, validating what evidence supports, and only then determining what should change.
The goal is to strengthen home-service and skilled-trade businesses without discarding the people, processes, and technology that are already working.
