Howard Bromberg
Founder, Twin Titan Operating Excellence
Twin Titan was built from the operator's side of the table. Howard's background spans plumbing operations, service leadership, systems, automation, process design, reporting, and ServiceTitan — experience that shaped a simple conviction: before changing the business, understand why the business is producing the result you see.
From plumbing operations to operating systems.
Howard's work has stayed close to the realities of running a home-service business: customers, technicians, dispatch, field execution, financial visibility, leadership decisions, software, and the daily pressure to keep work moving while building something better.
His career began in the plumbing trade and expanded into service operations and leadership, then deeper into the systems and technology that support the operation. Over time, the pattern became clear: many business problems are not isolated problems.
A missed photo can look like a technician problem. An inaccurate report can look like a software problem. A dispatch breakdown can look like a scheduling problem. But the condition may actually involve training, workflow design, data quality, accountability, configuration, leadership expectations — or several of those at once.
That is why Twin Titan does not begin with a preferred answer. The work begins by understanding the current operating environment, separating symptoms from causes, validating what the evidence supports, and only then determining what should change.
Howard founded Twin Titan to bring that discipline to home-service and skilled-trade businesses that want stronger systems without discarding the people, processes, and technology that are already working.
Better questions before bigger answers.
Twin Titan's approach reflects the lessons Howard learned inside real operations: durable improvement requires more than a checklist, a dashboard, or another software feature.
Systems over symptoms
Look beyond the visible problem and understand the interconnected conditions that are producing it.
Evidence before assumptions
Separate what is known, what is reported, what is observed, and what still needs to be validated.
Better data, better decisions
Reporting only matters when the underlying information is trustworthy enough to support action.
Stewardship over dependency
Build capability into the client's operation instead of creating a permanent reliance on the consultant.
Experience built in the work.
Howard's perspective combines operating leadership with hands-on systems expertise. The credentials support the work; they are not the point of the work.
If something in the business feels harder than it should be, start by understanding why.
Twin Titan works with home-service and skilled-trade leaders who want to understand the operation clearly, make better decisions, and build systems that can hold up as the business changes.
